WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF OPERATION OF KABBALAH ADVISORS?
Our service hours are Monday – Friday 8a.m. – 5p.m. EST. We usually respond to e-mail or faxes the same day or the next day in the order they are received.
We do not serve people on Saturdays, Jewish holidays and New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day

WILL YOU SHIP TO A DIFFERENT BILLING ADDRESS?
Yes, if you complete the form with a different shipping address so you can send it to family and friends we would be glad to do it this way.
WHEN WILL THE ORDER SHIP? CAN I GET EXPEDITED OR OVERNIGHT SHIPMENTS?
We ship all your orders, usually within 3 days. For custom orders that are order specially for you, it depends what we have in stock or if we need to order some of the items that come from local providers or overseas. Before you submit your custom order we will let you know the approximate time and we will do what we can to expedite it. We do not overnight ship any orders.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE PACKAGE IS UNDELIVERABLE?
We send all packages with a printed label in order to minimize any mistakes. We also ship your order with tracking information so we can make sure you receive it.
WILL YOU RE-SHIP?
We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out the form here.
HOW DO I CANCEL?
If you decide to cancel your order you may do it within 24 hours of placing the order or before the order ships. If you cancel and the order has not shipped, a refund will be issued by the method the order was originally charged. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time if company sees fit.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled as we order the items specifically for you. Talismans carry holiness within them, under any conditions we, and also you, do not want to receive a talisman or amulet that someone else received and held it and then it was sent to you. So a talisman cannot be refunded for that reason.
When will my refund be processed?
All refunds are processed immediately but in reality credit card processors and banks will take between 7 to 30 to provide you with a refund, depending on your bank and country.
How do I return my order?
All package contents must be in as new condition and all items must be delivered in a single package in order to be refunded. Insure the shipment for the value of product. 100% money back guarantee covers price of product only.
Custom orders cannot be returned as they are specifically customized to your request and the materials are ordered for you only as a unique order. Talismans carry holiness within them, under any conditions we, and also you, do not want to receive a talisman or amulet that someone else received and held it and then it was sent to you. So a talisman cannot be refunded for that reason. I hope you understand.
If you would like to return your product you need to contact us for a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number. You display this number on the outside of the return package so we can recognize that the package is coming from you and provide you with a refund. We will not be able to refund any packages without an RMA number.
When we receive your order with the RMA number we will process it directly back to the payment method the order was originally charged to. You should receive it in up to 30 days.
We are able to refund no more than 2 times for the same product or customer. The cost of shipping of the product to and from us will not be refunded.
Please note that when you send your package back to us please use all of the original packaging to ensure that your product is not lost or damaged. We strongly recommend sending the product via a courier that can insure and provide you with a tracking number. If we do not receive the product back and the customer does not have proof that the product was returned we cannot issue a refund. Valid proof of returning a product includes either delivery confirmation or signature.
For international shipments we use Federal Express so you can have a tracking number in your confirmation email. You may go to www.fedex.com to see the status of your package.
Warranty issues and manufacturer restrictions prevent us from shipping certain products to all geographical locations.
We cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses.
In some countries, there may or may not be fees by their country or internal carriers so international customers are responsible for all additional fees acquired through customs.
Each customer agrees that Kabbalah Advisors must be the first option in billing disputes and must provide Kabbalah Advisors 14 days to attempt settlement of a billing issue in a satisfactory manner prior to including a third party credit/debit card provider. Kabbalah Advisors retains the right to collect on any fees that are due for rendered services.
